SwiftChat Creator Program | Consent Notice

By clicking "I Agree", you voluntarily consent to ConveGenius Digital India Services Private Limited ("ConveGenius", "we", "us" or "our") collecting and processing your personal data for the purpose of onboarding you to the SwiftChat Creator Program, in accordance with this Consent Notice.

1. What we collect and why

To register you as a Creator, we collect your full name, date of birth, mobile number (which is also your SwiftChat account identifier), username, display name, and your consent. To verify that you are 18 years of age or above, we use the Aadhaar app's selective sharing feature, through which you voluntarily share your name, "18+" verification status, and Aadhaar-linked mobile number with us. This information is transmitted in encrypted form. We do not collect or store your Aadhaar number, any other demographic information, or a copy of your government-issued identity document.

2. How we use your data and content

Your onboarding information is securely stored within ConveGenius' Google Workspace environment and is accessed only by authorised personnel. You continue to own all content that you create and publish. By joining the Creator Program, you grant ConveGenius a licence to display your content on SwiftChat, enable other users to like, save and share your content, and use such content for our marketing, case studies, investor presentations and promotional activities across other platforms.

Once you are onboarded as a Creator, your username, display name, profile picture and posts will be publicly visible to SwiftChat users. If you are selected as a Top 3 Featured Teacher, your profile information may also appear in a featured post, the Creator WhatsApp group, the Featured Teachers page and alongside a Crown badge. We do not retain your profile photograph prior to approval. Once approved, your profile photograph and onboarding records will be retained for so long as you remain an active Creator, following which they will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data retention practices.

3. Your rights and consent

You may withdraw your consent to participate in the Creator Program at any time. Upon withdrawal, your public Creator profile will be disabled, and your posts will be removed from public view within seven (7) days, subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements. Under applicable law, you also have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data.

If you have any questions or grievances regarding the processing of your personal data, you may raise them through Help > Ask within the SwiftChat application, which will connect you to our dedicated Grievance Redressal WhatsApp channel for assistance from the designated Grievance Redressal Officer.

By clicking "I Agree" and voluntarily sharing your verification credentials through the Aadhaar app, you confirm that you have read and understood this Consent Notice and consent to ConveGenius collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes described above.

Before you fill the form

You'll need these ready:

A smartphone with a front camera
Your Aadhaar-linked phone number on this phone

Then, set up the Aadhaar app

Download the Aadhaar app

Search "Aadhaar" on Play Store and install the app by UIDAI.

Enter your Aadhaar number

Open the Aadhaar app and type in your 12-digit Aadhaar number.

Verify your phone number

The app will check that your Aadhaar-linked SIM is in this phone.

Verify with your face

Tap "Face Auth" and look at the front camera when asked.

Set a 6-digit PIN

The app will ask you to create a 6-digit PIN. You'll need it for the next step.

Download your Aadhaar file

Tap "Selective Share" → choose Name, Age above 18, and Mobile no. → tap "Share Custom ID" to download the zip file. You will upload this file in the next step.
