SwiftChat Brand Guidelines

Use of any SwiftChat brand assets including name, logo, colours, theme, interface, Etc. (“SwiftChat Brand Resources”) by You is subject to the guidelines and instructions set out below (“Guidelines”).

These Guidelines clarify the ways You can and cannot use the SwiftChat Brand Resources for marketing and other purposes. These Guidelines are prepared to promote consistent and fair use of the SwiftChat brand in addition to prevent any confusion regarding the recognition of SwiftChat brand amongst Persons. These Guidelines form a part of SwiftChat Terms of Service and aims to protect the intellectual property rights in all the SwiftChat Brand Resources.

1. General Guidelines

You may use the SwiftChat name and logos which are found on Our SwiftChat Brand Guidelines website only, and not those found anywhere else. Make sure You check the SwiftChat Brand Resources in these Guidelines often to keep Yourself updated, regarding the latest and current version. The SwiftChat Brand Resources may be used for marketing brands and services or broadcasting in television, film or any other form of media after submission of a written request for such use. However, SwiftChat doesn’t require such permission as long as all the SwiftChat Brand Guidelines are adhered to by any Person.

1.1 Prohibited Uses

The following enlists the actions and uses of SwiftChat Brand Resources that are prohibited. Any such action or use shall be considered in violation to the SwiftChat Brand Resources and shall ensue measures as mentioned in the Legal policy for enforcing Our rights:

× Combining the SwiftChat name or logos, or any part or portion of any of them, with any other logo, mark, name or a generic term.
× Using SwiftChat or any of the SwiftChat Brand Resources as a verb.
× Using SwiftChat Brand Resources in a way that implies partnership with, sponsorship, or endorsement by SwiftChat or any of its affiliates.
× Using SwiftChat Brand Resources as a distinctive or prominent feature of Your content, substance, statistics, data (“Material”).
× Using SwiftChat Brand Resources in a manner which is misleading, defamatory, libellous, obscene, infringing, illegal, derogatory, and dilutive or in any manner impairing or restricting the rights of SwiftChat, its affiliates or any Person.
× Using SwiftChat Brand Resources as a part of a name of a product or service or a material of a company other than ConveGenius Digital India Services Private Limited.
× Using any image similar to SwiftChat application logo, or any SwiftChat Brand Resource or any other variation of the SwiftChat Brand Resource which is confusing in nature and is considered a copy of the SwiftChat Brand Resources.
× Using the SwiftChat trademark, or anything similar, as, or as a part of, a second level domain name or platform username.
× Manufacturing, processing, selling or giving away any merchandise items including and not limited to T-shirts, mugs, keychain, stationery, diaries and notepads bearing any of the SwiftChat Brand Resources.
× Using any variation of the word SwiftChat or its trademark for any purpose. The variation includes phonetic equivalent, linguistic equivalent, word position or abbreviation of SwiftChat trademark such as SuiftChat, ChatSwift, SwiiftChat, SiftChat, CiftChat Etc.
× Modifying in any way the SwiftChat Brand Resources, with new terms or artwork to create any mark, name or logo for any use.

2. LOGO

2.1 Logo Usage

The SwiftChat Logo (“Logo”) should not in any part or portion be combined with any other logo, name, mark, or generic term. The Logo should not be edited, modified, distorted, rotated or re-colored.

2.2 Name Usage

The name “SwiftChat” (“Word”) should never be modified or abbreviated in any manner. There should be no space or punctuation mark(s) in the Word, and it should always be written as a single word with capitalized “S” and “C”. The Word should always have the same font size and style as the content surrounding it, and the Logo should never be used to replace the Word “SwiftChat” in a sentence.

2.3 Color

SwiftChat incorporates black, grey, white and other colours throughout the app. Such colours are to be used accordingly.

2.4 Business Promotion

You may use SwiftChat Business logo as mentioned below if You wish to use the SwiftChat Business App or SwiftChat Business API for promoting Your business.

4. LEGAL

4.1 SwiftChat dedicates substantial resources on the development and protection of Our intellectual property. In addition to seeking registration of trademarks and logos around the world, We enforce Our rights against any Person who misuses Our intellectual property in any manner including but not limited to the above mentioned prohibited uses.

4.2 SwiftChat owns the following trademarks (“SwiftChat Trademark”) and they shall only be used in the manner provided in these Guidelines. A list of registered trademarks can be found here [link to the page where trademarks are inserted]. You are requested not to use or register, or otherwise claim rights in any SwifChat Trademark, including as or as a part of any trademark, service mark, company name, trade name, username or domain registration.

4.3 You should not use or claim rights in any trademark which is in any way confusingly similar to or dilutive of SwiftChat Trademark, including as, or as any part of, a trademark. Do not use SwifChat trademark for anything that would be inconsistent with Our Terms of Service.

4.4 SwiftChat may revoke permission granted to use any SwifChat Trademark at any time. We reserve the right to withhold approval of content that is considered inconsistent with the SwifChat brand.
