Bot
A software program that performs automated, repetitive and/ or pre-defined tasks powered by artificial intelligence and/or rule engines and can interact with humans through various Components, and is identified with a unique phone number.
Bot API
An application programming interface which operates as a software intermediary to facilitate interaction of an existing application with SwiftChat.
Bot Plugin
A software program that facilitates whitelisting of a pre-existing chat Bot on SwiftChat.
Businesses
Persons registered on SwiftChat as Merchants or Developers.
Components
The mediums of interacting through Messages offered on SwiftChat which includes texts, images, videos, touch, voice, augmented reality and/ or virtual reality.
ConveGenius
ConveGenius Digital India Solutions Private Limited.
Conversation
A series of Messages in a window of 24 (twenty-four) hours from the first Message.
Customer
Any User who has initiated a Conversation with a Bot is a customer for the owner of such Bot. All Customers are Users but all Users may not be Customers.
Merchants
Businesses registered as such on SwiftChat pursuant to (1) creation of a Merchant profile on SwiftChat; and (2) completion of the Merchant KYC.
Merchant Bots
Merchants’ existing business solutions in the form of chat bots which get integrated with SwiftChat through the use of Bot APIs as provided in detail in SwiftChat Business Terms of Service and Swiftchat Bot API Integration Terms.
Message
A singular interaction on SwiftChat (a) initiated by a Bot for a User; or (b) initiated by a User for a Bot; or (c) initiated by a User for another User.
SwiftChat
A digital environment, including a SwiftSpace, as offered by ConveGenius to enable Conversations between Users, Bots and Businesses through various Components.
SwiftSpace
A digital environment on SwiftChat which may be either privately controlled by a Business or a User; or be a public space controlled by ConveGenius.”
Swift Offerings
Template Message
A pre-approved Message in respect of a specific Business that may be used by such Business and/ or Bots representing such Business to initiate an interaction with a Customer, including alerts, promotions, notifications, marketing messages, reminders, one-time passwords, verification codes and/ or other transactional responses.
User
Any human being uniquely identified with a phone number such that there is only one user per device identified by a unique phone number as a primary identity on SwiftChat.
Webview
A browser that can be embedded in SwiftChat to provide browser functionality, display web content, allow interaction with web pages and other web applications and can also be used for in-app browsers, advertisements, full-screen hybrid apps and native app extensions. However, it does not have access to any session history or personal data stored on SwiftChat.
