Third Party Infringements

- Counterfeits, knockoffs, or replicas of branded goods, or posts offering goods that are likely to confuse consumers about the source, sponsorship, or affiliation of those goods.

Prohibited Content
- Any content on SwiftChat belonging to another person/entity and from whom express permission has not been taken
- Defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting, or harassing on the basis of gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force
- is harmful to a Child (below 18 years of age)
- infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights of any person, entity, corporation etc.
- deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any Information which is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact.
- threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting other nation
- contains software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource
- patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass any party, entity, or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any individual
- any Content which prima facie exposes the private area of any individual, shows any individual in full or partial nudity, or shows or depicts any individual in any sexual act or conduct, or is in the nature of impersonation in a digital form, including artificially morphed images of any individual
