SwiftChat Intellectual Property Policy

1. Your Intellectual property rights

1.1. We are determined in cooperating with Persons in protecting their intellectual property rights. At SwiftChat, Our Users agree to Our (“ Terms”) by installing, accessing, or using Our apps, services, features, software, or website (together, “ Services”).

1.2. SwiftChat Terms prohibits Our Users from violating someone else’s intellectual property rights including their copyrights and trademarks.

1.3. As per Our Privacy Policy, SwiftChat does not retain Users’ messages in the ordinary course of providing services. However, We host Our Users’ account information, including Users’ profile picture, profile name, or status message, if the Users’ decide to include them as a part of their account information.

2. Copyright

2.1. In the event of any copyright infringement, Aggrieved Party (“ You”, “ Yours”) should report and request SwiftChat to remove any infringing content that it is hosting (such as a User's profile picture, profile name, or status message).

2.2. Alternatively, You may also mail a complete copyright infringement claim to support@swiftchat.ai.

2.3. Along with the copy of copyright infringement claim the following information shall also be shared:

2.3.1. Your complete contact information (full name, mailing address, and phone number), the name of Your organization or client who owns the rights in question, and the content of Your report of the person whose content You are reporting. You may wish to provide a professional or business email address where We can reach You.

2.3.2. A description of the copyrighted work that You claim has been infringed.

2.3.3. A description of the content hosted on Our Services that You claim infringes Your copyright.

2.3.4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Us to locate the material on Our Services. For instance, providing the phone number and other details of the Person who has submitted the infringing content on Our Services.

2.3.5. A declaration that:

a. You, in a good faith, believe that use of copyrighted content described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or any law;
b. The information in Your claim is accurate to the best of Your knowledge; and
c. You declare that You are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive copyright that is already infringed.

2.3.6. Your electronic signature or physical signature.

2.4. Before You report a claim of copyright infringement, You may want to send a message to the relevant SwiftChat user You believe may be infringing Your copyright. You may be able to resolve the issue without contacting SwiftChat.

3. Trademark

3.1. In the event of any trademark infringement, Aggrieved Party (“You”, “Yours”) should report and request SwiftChat to remove any infringing content that it is hosting. Please email a complete trademark infringement claim to support@swiftchat.ai.

3.2. Along with the copy of trademark infringement claim the following information shall also be shared:

3.2.1. Your complete contact information (full name, mailing address, and phone number), the name of organization or client who owns the rights in question, and the content of Your report of the person whose content You are reporting. You may wish to provide a professional or business email address where We can reach you.

3.2.2. A description of the trademark that You claim has been infringed.

3.2.3. A description of the content hosted on Our Services that You claim infringes Your trademark.

3.2.4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Us to locate the material on Our Services. For instance, providing the phone number and other details of the Person who has submitted the infringing content on Our Services.

3.2.5. A declaration that:

a. You, in a good faith, believe that use of trademark described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or any law;
b. The information in Your claim is accurate to the best of Your knowledge; and
c. You declare that You are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive trademark that is already infringed.

3.2.6. Your electronic signature or physical signature.

3.3. Before You report a claim of trademark infringement, You may want to send a message to the relevant SwiftChat User, You believe may be infringing Your trademark. You may be able to resolve the issue without contacting SwiftChat.
